WLMB: Toledo's Own Religious Extremism Network
I've delved into WLMB (channel six on Buckeye Cable, channel forty on regular TV) a bit before in terms of specific right wing, fundamentalist programming but I have yet to discuss the overall scope of the network.
Does anyone out there know nything about this network? I've heard accusations that their radio station violated federal non-profit organization laws by openly urging people to vote for Bush in the last election. Has anyone out there heard similar stories? If so, what is being done - if anything?
Up until recently the WLMB orgabization merely provided joke fodder with its wacky programming like "Discovering the Jewish Jesus."

When the network isn't filling our lives with Jesus-loving rabbis and sermons about hellfire, it's airing outdated westerns. I suppose that Jesus supports U.S. expansionism and the killing of Injuns, huh? My theological education really has been below par.
