Caged Kids near Cleveland

CNN reports that a couple in Wakeman, Ohio, is in trouble for having their adopted children sleep in cages. Reading the story, I can't help but think that the parents were simply trying to keep their kids safe. Anyone who has ever worked with kids who have serious mental disorders will tell you that you never know what to expect from such children. Having the kids sleep in cages may seem cruel but imagine if one of the kids got loose at night and started a fire or something.
