Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tom Noe
While most politicians opted to return Tom Noe's campaign contributions to either the Ohio Bureau of Workmen's Compensation or to a charity, the Governator of Kah-lee-fo-nyah gave his $10,000 back to Tom Noe himself. Full story in the Blade.
I can kinda sorta understand that Arnold may not have known exactly where to send the money. But come on...what kind of a moron returns the stolen goods to the thief? If you bought a TV off a guy in a truck in a parking lot, then found out it was stolen, would you find the guy in the truck to give the TV back to him? Of course not.
